At just 17, adventure was calling, and for me, the answer was joining the Army. The military was everything I thought it would be—and more. From infantry and undercover narcotics to deploying twice to Baghdad, I had experiences that shaped me in countless ways. But one of the most impactful parts of my career was my time as a recruiter. It brought me back to Central North Carolina, where I helped young men and women take their first steps toward something bigger than themselves.
Recruiting, in my opinion, is the hardest job in the military. It’s constant pressure—50- to 60-hour weeks, balancing relationships with high school students, parents, and educators, and always being "on." Those years were a grind, but they taught me time management, communication, and how to connect with people from all walks of life.
Balancing that responsibility was even harder as a single dad. I raised my son, Hunter, while on active duty, and it wasn’t easy. I had no family nearby, no partner to lean on—just me. I’ll never forget dropping Hunter off for his first day of first grade, knowing I’d be deploying to Baghdad that same week. Moments like that were tough, but they also deepened my commitment to building a better life for us both and ensuring we had a strong relationship. These years were hard on both of us but also made us more appreciative of the time we did have together. Now Hunter is 21, about to graduate college, and pursuing his dreams in the film industry. I couldn’t be prouder.

At first, the timing seemed terrible—it was the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. But it worked to my advantage. People were buying houses like never before, and I hit the ground running. What’s made me successful in real estate is the same thing that got me through the Army: dedication, time management, and relationship-building. Recruiting prepared me well—helping young people join the military is much like guiding first-time buyers through purchasing a home. It’s about trust, persistence, and helping people navigate life-changing decisions.
In real estate, I bring a commitment to service and a level of care that clients can count on. I pride myself on being dependable, responsive, and fully invested in their success, treating every transaction as if it were my own. Through this work, I’ve been able to extend my passion for helping others, guiding families through one of the biggest moments of their lives.

Beyond my career, I’ve continued to serve my community by mentoring troubled teens, working with nonprofits like the Family Center of the Piedmont, and serving as a past president of my local Rotary Club. Most of my volunteer work focuses on kids because I know how much one positive role model can change a life. Looking back, the adults who took the time to support and guide me had a profound impact on who I am today. Now, I strive to pay that forward.
Today, I’m focused on building a meaningful legacy rooted in service, hard work, and making a difference—whether it’s through real estate, my community, or the relationships I’ve built along the way.
My motto, “Clients First,” is more than a tagline—it’s the foundation of how I do business. I listen closely to my clients’ needs, provide honest advice, and guide them through every step of the process. Whether it’s answering late-night questions, anticipating potential issues, or advocating fiercely on their behalf, I treat every transaction as if it were my own. With specialized certifications like Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), I bring expert-level knowledge and skills to deliver the best outcomes for my clients.
What sets me apart is my unwavering dedication to service and building genuine relationships. Having never received less than a 5-star review, I provide a level of service and care that truly exceeds expectations. I’m here to do more than help you buy or sell a house—I’m here to guide you through one of the biggest decisions of your life, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a military family, or planning your next chapter in retirement, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, ensuring you feel valued, supported, and confident every step of the way.
